How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@lookuphscodes.com and we will help you start the refund.
What's covered
The guarantee covers subscription fees billed by Paddle for LookupHSCodes.com plans. Pay-as-you-go usage that has already been consumed (lookups completed against your account) may be excluded at our discretion, since the underlying compute has already been spent.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days.
